Bratislava [ENA] "The Clan comes to your town!" Last Thursday, Grave Digger, the Heavy Metal Heroes from Germany, at time on their world tour, made good on that promise in the capital of Slovakia. Supported by Orden Ogan, five equally tough guys, this event turned out as a perfect rock 'n roll party.

The Randal Club is small but mighty club with a touch of famaly atmosphere, in downtown Bratislava. Already hours before the commencement of the event, lots of people were gathering at the venue and different localities around, dressed in leather or decorated by metal outfits, having cool drinks to get heated up for the show. Finally, at 7:30p.m. the time had come – the Metal Dinner was served! Orden Ogan: Seeb (vocals, guitar), Nils (keyboards), Tobi (guitar), Lars (bass) and Ghnu (drums). The guys from Sauerland, an area of Germany which is rather known as stolid but these Westphalians convinced their fans of the contrary. They were rocking like the devil!

09 p.m. No light on stage, complete darkness. All of a sudden the sound of a bagpipe and the Grim Reaper entered the stage. Under the mask of The Death, Hans Peter, the keyboarder. Then it came alive at the 'cemetery’, The Clan appeared. With distingtive voice Chris delivered 'funeral orations' like The Dark Of The Sun, Killing Time, Ballad Of A Hangman and Excalibur, attended by Axels melodic screaming guitars, the vigorous bass of Jens and Stefans hammer blows on drums. It sounds ironic but a Grave Digger show – simply to raise the dead!
